Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Associate Director of Manufacturing Operations in Collierville, TN, onsite. You will lead assembly manufacturing, drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity, and guide senior teams across multiple functions to align with Carrier Way and Carrier Excellence principles.

You will build future leaders, improve operational performance, and support long-term strategic initiatives to enhance competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/assembly/production environment.
• 5+ years of Lean and Continuous Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership: drive zero-injury culture and enforce OSHA compliance.
• Operational leadership: run multi-department, multi-shift production lines to hit targets.
• Quality leadership: elevate FPY, reduce scrap, drive a culture of quality ownership.
• Cost & productivity: own P&L impact and pursue automation ROI.
• Continuous Improvement: lead Kaizen events and scale best practices.
• Workforce development: mentor supervisors and managers, succession planning.
• Strategic leadership: translate business goals into plant execution and drive innovation.
