Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate quality planning, product/process change reviews, and quality system tools (GR&R, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC).
• Manage customer and supplier interactions, including corrective actions and scorecards.
• Participate in or lead project teams to resolve quality issues and share lessons learned.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with quality standards and calibration of equipment.
