Job summary

Continental ContiTech USA, Inc. seeks a Head of Production to lead NPI and production support for a product group. You will coordinate engineering interfaces to resolve production issues, drive cost reductions, and improve quality and capacity on the line.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to operators, implementing new technology, and maintaining ISO 9001-2015 quality status across processes. Strong cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing supporting product introductions and production.
• Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage new product introduction and production support for a product group.
• Coordinate with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to resolve issues.
• Develop and sustain process improvements to reduce costs and increase yield.
• Lead actions to meet budget and production targets and improve quality/capacity.
• Provide technical customer service and document quality and KPI metrics.
