The role focuses on using factory data to detect anomalies, improve quality, reduce downtime, and connect fragmented systems into a common intelligence layer.

You will move from problem framing to production, collaborating with manufacturing, data engineering, platform, and software teams to deliver actionable insights and robust ML solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised ML, including time-series and anomaly detection.
• Ability to work with noisy, fragmented manufacturing data from PLCs, sensors, MES, and SCADA.
• Proven collaboration with manufacturing, data eng, platform, and software teams.
• Ability to articulate technical findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for anomaly detection, quality prediction, and throughput improvement.
• Validate models and measure business impact with appropriate metrics.
• Build data pipelines and feature engineering from manufacturing signals.
• Collaborate with plant teams to productionize analytical solutions.
• Apply MLOps practices for versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
