Bestow in Dallas is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Data & Analytics team. You will split time between building and productionizing ML models and creating agentic data products that empower non-technical stakeholders with self-serve capabilities.

The role emphasizes strong SQL and Python skills, BigQuery experience, ownership of the full model lifecycle, and collaboration with engineering to deploy reliable, compliant AI systems in a regulated space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional data science experience with production ML.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with BigQuery preferred.
• Hands-on ML model development from prototypes to production.
• Experience building agentic AI tools and LLM-based apps.
• Ability to translate requirements to models and tools for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build ML models from concept to production.
• Own feature engineering, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering to productionize models.
• Develop internal analytics products and self-serve interfaces.
• Build with LLMs and agentic systems with proper oversight.
• Drive adoption by training stakeholders.
• Automate recurring analytics work with pipelines and monitoring.
• Write production-grade Python and SQL with CI/CD.
• Raise data quality and establish patterns for AI analytics.
