The role blends CAD work with hands-on field activity, developing layouts and drawings while enhancing reliability, safety, and productivity.

Travel may account for up to 75% of time depending on project requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drawings, layouts, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; able to design, interpret schematics and troubleshoot.

Aufgaben

• Design, install, commission, troubleshoot, and continuously improve manufacturing equipment and processes, with emphasis on metal-forming operations.
• Develop facility layouts, machine components, and equipment drawings.
• Support hydraulic and pneumatic systems design and troubleshooting; specify components and sizing.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, contractors, suppliers, and customers to improve reliability, safety, and productivity.
• Travel up to 75% of time as project requirements dictate.
