Job summary

ClarkDietrich in Woodland, CA is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician to install and start up manufacturing equipment in line with product specs and quality standards. You will drive process improvements and coordinate launches for new or revised products.

The role requires strong project management, the ability to train operators, and willing travel up to 75% to support field work. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and CAD proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CAD proficiency required.
• Military equivalent recognized in lieu of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and startup manufacturing equipment per specifications and quality standards.
• Recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls.
• Coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products.
• Provide operator initial training on manufacturing lines.
