Campbell’s AVP, Manufacturing – Fresh Bakery leads the multi-site bakery network (Bloomfield CT; Downers Grove IL; Lakeland FL; Denver PA) with a strategic and operational mandate to align safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity with long-term corporate goals.

The role partners across Supply Chain and the broader org to drive capability, capacity, and capital priorities, while building a strong leadership culture and transforming operations for sustained competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fresh Bakery manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience.
• Experience as Plant Manager, General Manager, Director of Site Operations or comparable senior leader.
• Significant senior-level people leadership experience.
• Multi-site manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing operating budgets, productivity commitments, capital investments, or P&L responsibilities.
• Strong business acumen across Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and R&D.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the multi-year manufacturing strategy for the Fresh Bakery network.
• Set safety, quality, and regulatory governance across all sites.
• Establish operating cadence for safety, quality, service, cost, labor, yield and engagement.
• Lead transformation and continuous improvement across the network.
• Deliver productivity, cost, waste and efficiency targets.
• Shape capacity, capability, and capital strategy for the network.
• Develop and mentor senior site leaders; build succession and bench strength.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver enterprise outcomes.
