Job summary

Campbell's is seeking an Associate Vice President, Manufacturing – Fresh Bakery to lead the network across Bloomfield CT, Downers Grove IL, Lakeland FL and Denver PA. This role defines the manufacturing strategy, performance standards, and transformation agenda to drive safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity.

You will lead Plant Managers, build talent, and partner with Supply Chain and other functions to align priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience.
• Experience as Plant Manager or senior operations leader.
• Multi-site leadership experience across multiple facilities.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% to sites and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year manufacturing strategy for Fresh Bakery network.
• Lead safety, quality and operating integrity across sites.
• Manage network performance and accountability across sites.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and TPM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and resources.
