Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• 3+ years of experience leading, motivating and developing others.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across organizations and influence outcomes.
• Decision-making capability in complex, dynamic environments.
• 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement leadership.

• Lead, manage and inspire manufacturing teams responsible for building the world’s most advanced commercial aircraft.
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Build and develop exceptional leaders, strengthening Boeing’s leadership pipeline for the future.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Leadership to achieve production milestones.
• Champion continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational innovation.
• Help position Boeing South Carolina for increased production rates and long-term growth.
