Job summary

Boeing South Carolina in North Charleston is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager in Final Assembly to lead frontline teams delivering the 787 Dreamliner. You will translate strategic goals into disciplined on-floor execution and cultivate a culture of safety, quality, accountability and pride.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Program Leadership to hit milestones and champion continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• 3+ years of experience leading, motivating and developing others.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across organizations and influence outcomes.
• Decision-making capability in complex, dynamic environments.

• Lead, manage and inspire manufacturing teams responsible for building the world's most advanced commercial aircraft.
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
