• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Lean manufacturing, 6S, CAPA, and process improvement.
• Strong track record of improving productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and develop talent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage manufacturing operations across CNC machining, welding, and cleanroom production.
• Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team of supervisors, machinists, welders, and technicians.
• Manage operational budgets, capital equipment, and resource planning.
• Drive production output, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Own safety, quality, and compliance across all manufacturing areas.
• Identify and resolve production issues using data-driven problem solving.
• Champion Lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and supply chain to meet business goals.
