Kurt J. Lesker Company seeks an experienced CNC Supervisor to lead a team of high‑skill CNC machinists in a low‑volume, high‑mix manufacturing setting.

You will guide operations across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CNC machining with leadership, GD&T expertise, and a hands‑on approach to coaching and developing staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership experience.
• Associate degree, technical certification, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, manufacturing operations, CNC programming (G‑Code), CAM software, and precision inspection.
• Experience with GD&T, CMMs, precision measuring equipment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills to coach and develop employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 6S workplace organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop CNC machinists across multiple shifts based on skills and production priorities.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production and machining issues; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality requirements, and 6S principles; maintain documentation.
• Support hiring, training, and workforce planning; manage resources and maintenance.
