International Motors, LLC in Lisle, IL is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer Lead Senior to drive development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production systems. You will partner with Product Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable solutions.
The role requires strong technical leadership, project management, and analytical skills to optimize production lines, support launches, and mentor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of product manufacturing experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
- Master's degree with at least 3 years of product manufacturing experience
Responsabilités
- Lead cross-functional manufacturing projects from business case through ramp-up.
- Develop and optimize assembly processes, layouts, labor plans, time standards, and capacity models.
- Conduct Make-versus-Buy, cost, throughput, and facility-utilization analyses to identify improvements.
- Define tooling, equipment, and facility requirements with specifications and SOWs.
- Support NPI and production launches with process planning and line balancing.
