Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a high-performance, Bilingual ProductionLead to drive our household and automotive chemical manufacturing lines in Fontana,CA. This is a mid-senior level "player-coach" role designed for aleader who can command the production floor, troubleshoot integrated high-speedlines, and manage the full scope of operations from raw components to finishedgoods. We value your 5+ years of direct industry experience and provenleadership ability over a college degree.

Key Responsibilities

Full Line Technical Oversight

• AutomatedSystems: Lead and optimize integrated production lines, includingautomated filling and capping with precise volume control and torquemonitoring.
  
• Labeling& Coding: Ensure perfect alignment and batch code legibilitythroughout the run.
  
• SecondaryPackaging: Expertly operate shrink wrap machines and heat tunnels.
  
• End-of-LinePackout: Manage automated taping machines, case packing, andpalletization processes.
  

Inventory & Component Management

• StockMonitoring: Track on-line stock levels of raw components such asbottles, caps, labels, film, and corrugated materials.
  
• Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of material usage versus finished output tomaintain strict inventory accuracy.
  
• Coordination: Interface directly with Inventory Control and Logistics to coordinateefficient material pulls and transfers.
  

Floor Command & Analytics

• TeamLeadership: Direct and mentor a team of 10+ operators; fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  
• KPIReporting: Use strong mathematical skills to calculate and reportvital metrics, including Units Per Hour (UPH), downtime percentages, andyield loss.
  
• Safety& Compliance: Partner with Quality teams to resolvenon-conformance issues and enforce strict adherence to PPE and Cal-OSHAstandards for chemical manufacturing.
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in liquid manufacturing (Chemicals or Consumer Packaged Goodspreferred).
  
• TechnicalSkills: Proven ability to troubleshoot filling, heat tunnel, andpackout equipment.
  
• Certifications: A Forklift Certification (Sit-down/Stand-up) is a significant plus.
  
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; no college degree required.
  
• PhysicalRequirements: Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of a shift,work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, and regularly lift up to 50lbs.
  
• Shift: Monday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Candidates must be available for12-hour shifts and 6 days a week during peak seasons).
  
• PayRate: $23.50 – $29.00 per hour, depending on experience ($48,880 –$60,320 annual base plus significant overtime).
