Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Interface leader to drive a team of engineers across multiple vehicle programs. You will own program-wide manufacturability and coordinate with Product Engineering from inception through launch.

You will champion manufacturing requirements, align cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while balancing cost, quality, and schedule across programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive product development or related manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decisions.
• Understanding of Global Vehicle Development Process and body manufacturing requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities balancing trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Interface engineers across vehicle programs.
• Serve as the single voice from Manufacturing to Product Engineering from inception to launch.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to meet timing, quality, cost and launch targets.
• Champion Manufacturing Requirements and global standards in forums and execution activities.
• Lead manufacturing integration through cross-functional forums.
• Assist resolution of issues to meet global body requirements and program commitments.
