Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Proven success managing multi-project, cross-functional programs.
• Experience integrating hardware, firmware, and software development.
• Strong program governance and change management capability.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA/Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Experience working with global suppliers or manufacturing partners.
• PMP, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma a plus.
