Eaton Group is seeking a Sr. MI Systems Engineer to maintain and improve manufacturing information systems across the product line. The role involves defining requirements, testing, rollout, and first-level issue support for tools like Bid Manager and MI Manager, with coordination across engineering, design, and IT teams.

The position is hybrid and based in Arden, NC, with relocation assistance for eligible US candidates. Candidates should have a relevant engineering/IT degree and ETO experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology required.
• At least 3 years of experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products and configuration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy Front End Engineering systems for the assigned product line.
• Develop training documentation for engineering software tools and processes.
• Manage MI System issues tickets with Eaton resources.
• Maintain and improve Front End Systems (Bid Manager, MI Manager, POM) for stakeholders.
• Serve as focal point for plants to address issues with front end operating systems.
• Gather requests for system enhancements and communicate to development manager.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support.
• Participate in product line meetings and share knowledge across teams.
• Maintain change management and SharePoint ticket databases.
