Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Finance Manager to support a complex, multi-site operating environment in Massachusetts. The role focuses on strengthening manufacturing finance processes, improving cost visibility, and partnering with operational leadership across the business.

The ideal candidate will lead financial analysis and reporting across locations, partner with Operations on product costs and margins, and drive standardization of costing and inventory practices

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysis.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or a similarly complex organization.
• Strong business partnership and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities
