Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead month-end close, monthly reporting, and KPI variance analysis for a high-automation reagent manufacturing site. You will work with department leaders to forecast, budget, and analyze cost centers, payroll, and allocations, delivering accurate financial insight.

The role requires SAP cost accounting experience in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of successful experience in cost accounting in manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Excel required.
CPA/CMA preferred.
On-site 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Month-end close and monthly reporting with KPI variance analysis.
Lead KPI reporting and reflect KPIs into financial forecast for the plant.
Prepare internal reporting packages and communicate results to manufacturing team.
Analyze manufacturing costs, including payroll, PO, and allocations; explain variances.
Coordinate budget process; consolidate cost center spend and prepare P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
