Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Mishawaka, IN, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead month-end close, reporting, and KPI variance analysis for a high-automation manufacturing site. The role advances toward a controller position, with Power BI and managerial accounting knowledge providing a strong growth path.

You will partner with operations to manage budgets, forecast costs, and monitor spend, headcount, and inventory while ensuring IFRS/SOA alignment. On-site 3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in cost accounting area of manufacturing industry.
• Solid knowledge and experience in SAP, Excel is must to this role.
• CPA/CMA preferred.
• Ability to work on site 3 days per week.
• Must demonstrate successful experience of working with functional partners to improve process and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Month end close and monthly reporting: Lead department KPI reporting and variance analysis.
• Spend and material variance analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs and provide explanations for variances.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Coordinate and consolidate cost center spend information and project budgets.
• Load budgets and forecasts in various systems and ensure alignment between systems and assumptions.
