Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Financial Analyst to align reporting in Jedox and SAP P41, partner with Operations leaders on financials, and manage JEs and reconciliations for plant accounts. You will project and budget for inventory, CIP, fixed assets and AP, review indirect purchases, and identify cost-savings opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years of cost accounting in manufacturing, SAP/Excel/Power BI proficiency, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related major required.
3–5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
CPA/CMA preferred.
Ability to work on site 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Ensure alignment of reporting in Jedox and SAP P41.
Partner with Operations leaders to manage financials, KPIs, forecasting and budgeting.
Closing assignments (JEs and reconciliations) for plant Balance Sheet accounts.
Prepare and manage projections and budgets for inventory, CIP, Fixed assets and AP accounts.
Review and approve plant indirect purchases and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Review cost-saving proposals and track project performance.
Work with Engineering to prepare CAPEX and justify financial benefits.
Analyze and control plant inventory and reduce inventory loss with supply chain.
