Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment and facilities in accordance with prescribed procedures.
• Repair minor machinery and assist with complex projects when needed.
• Follow SOPs and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, maintaining safety.
• Work with trades contractors to complete projects or complex repairs.
• Monitor and maintain heating, cooling, and lighting systems; operate shop floor cleaning equipment and assist with groundskeeping.
