Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4–6 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and repair manuals.
• Considerable knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, methods and standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on all plant equipment and facilities in accordance with prescribed procedures.
• Perform minor machinery repairs when necessary.
• Create and maintain work instruction and SOPs for preventive maintenance.
• Follow SOPs while maintaining safety during mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
• Coordinate with machinists to manage scrap metal containment and disposal.
• Operate forklift and move stock and equipment as needed.
• Provide production support and monitor CNC coolant systems.
• Support continual improvement projects.
