Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on all plant equipment and facilities.
• Perform minor machinery repairs when necessary.
• Create and maintain work instruction and standard operating procedures for preventative maintenance and related issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and perform preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC while maintaining safety.
• Works with or assists trades contractors to complete projects or complex repairs.
• Monitor & maintain facilities: Heating, cooling, and lighting systems.
• Operate shop floor cleaning machine as needed.
• Groundskeeping as needed.
• Fabrication as part of Continual Improvement projects.
• Provide production support: Monitor CNC coolant, coordinate with machinists to manage scrap metal containment and removal, waste containment and removal, operate forklift.
• Perform all functions of the job while adhering to established quality policies and procedures.
• Uphold the company core values.
• Other duties as assigned.
