Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or oil/gas experience preferred.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance.
• Experience using general hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, procedures, and work orders.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Capable of operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining plant production by performing repairs.
• Interpret and execute work orders following safe procedures.
• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Set up, monitor, and operate production equipment.
• Operate multiple machines to support production requirements.
• Monitor, test, and verify finished products for specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and precision measuring equipment as needed.
• Support loading/unloading of materials and samples for analysis.
• Follow competency management program requirements and work with minimal supervision.
