Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret routine instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery following established procedures and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret routine work instructions, production documents, and specifications.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations to support manufacturing and inspection activities.
• Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to complete tasks.
• Move materials safely using approved equipment and methods.
• Operate material-moving equipment or cranes or obtain required certifications as needed.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report operational or quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement and keep a clean, organized work area.
