Job summary

Tenneco is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians on the factory floor, ensuring daily readiness and safe operations. You will set responsibilities, coach staff, and drive root-cause analysis to cut downtime and improve reliability.

You will monitor safety practices, participate in EHS initiatives, and develop personnel within the maintenance department while coordinating with management to meet plant goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and enforcing safety standards.
• Competency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and ensure Maintenance Technicians perform daily tasks.
• Determine team members accountable for each maintenance task and coach staff.
• Contribute to a safe workplace and ensure compliance with EHS policies.
