Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager to accelerate growth at the Arizona Campus of Stryker Sustainability Solutions. You will build and scale a diverse team, delivering new product development and transfers while guiding cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, engineering rigor, and cross-functional leadership to achieve strategic business goals and maintain high quality standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of applicable experience.
• 4+ years direct people management experience.
• Continuous Improvement certification preferred (e.g.: Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience leading or partnering with Facilities/Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent while delivering high quality results.
• Lead and mentor others to solve complex problems using process improvements.
• Make independent decisions for project, program, or portfolio level issues.
• Lead high complexity projects with planning, budgeting, and staffing responsibilities.

• Lead 3–5 year improvement road map development.
