Job summary

You will lead ECOs, R&D and NPI projects, mentor engineers, drive design reviews, ensure manufacturability, and partner with manufacturing to scale products.

• Lead design reviews and ensure performance and reliability targets.
• Lead customer meetings, providing technical information and project status.
• Mentor mechanical engineers and organize workload.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering Lead on project timeline execution.
• Support field issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Partner with manufacturing to ensure designs are manufacturable and scalable.
• Own mechanical architecture and detailed design of products.
• Drive mechanical development across the full product lifecycle.
