Hubbell Lighting Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering in Centralia, MO to lead a team of engineers delivering high impact projects. You will supervise project engineers and designers, manage budgets, and align engineering initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
10+ years of relevant engineering experience is required.
5+ years of supervisory experience in an engineering-related field is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise project engineers and designers.
Oversee calibration programs for facilities and production equipment.
Develop concepts for new and revised products maximizing function, safety, features, and user benefits while minimizing costs.
Direct preparation of models and lab testing as required to develop product.
Prepare and maintain Project Control Charts and schedules.
Coordinate projects with various departments within Hubbell.
Develop the site maintenance budget for approval and manage site costs to meet targets.
Direct preparation of product drawings and checking completed drawings.
Prepare product standards and specifications; obtain agency listings (UL/CSA).
Approve tooling, assemblies, and release approved product for production.
