Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Manager, Manufacturing Engineering in Centralia, MO to lead engineering and facilities teams across metal and assembly operations. You will oversee capital projects, budgets, and process improvements while supporting daily plant operations and safety programs.

The role demands a strong background in manufacturing engineering, proven leadership, and the ability to partner with New Products and operations teams to design for manufacturability and drive lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Industrial) is required.
• 7+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in metal and assembly environments.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma and operational excellence knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawing requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily engineering support and long-term planning of plant operations.
• Coordinate activities with other management personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure process optimization, quality and profitability.
• Assist New Products team to ensure timely introduction and manufacturability of new products.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and safety rules.
