Job summary

Pen seeks a senior Manufacturing Engineering & Estimating Manager who will drive design‑for‑manufacturability, quoting accuracy, and production ramp for high‑mix sheet‑metal programs. You will own strategic customer programs, collaborate with customers and sales, and partner with operations to release and schedule work on the shop floor.

You will work hands‑on on the production floor, review drawings/model feasibility, and develop manufacturing plans, routings and cost estimates while guiding

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands‑on experience in sheet metal fabrication or contract manufacturing.
• Experience reviewing CAD models and drawings for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and ensure quotes reflect material, labor, routing, tooling, and processing assumptions.
• Translate RFQ/prototype programs to repeatable production.
• Oversee manufacturing planning and production ramp.
