Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL seeks a Senior Associate Manufacturing Engineer to support production of space hardware, including CCAs, RF assemblies, and cabling. You will lead manufacturing tasks on the shop floor, develop processes, and drive improvements with a focus on producibility and yield.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in engineering with 4+ years of related experience, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
• Experience with circuit card assemblies, RF hardware, and space hardware.
• Experience leading Failure Review Board (FRB) investigations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct support on the production floor for manufacturing tasks.
• Provide technical expertise related to manufacturing and process improvements.
• Develop new methods to improve existing operations and increase yield.
• Monitor defects and lead corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Interface with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure hardware producibility.
