Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions while working closely with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure producibility and efficient build strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; graduate degree may reduce experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Direct support personnel on the production floor.
• Provide technical manufacturing expertise and support related to manufacturing.
• Develop and support new methods and processes to improve operations.
• Monitor defect trends and implement process improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead teams to resolve manufacturing yield, quality, and reliability issues.
• Monitor production processes for efficiency, throughput, and safety improvements.
• Interface with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure hardware producibility and build strategies.
• Design and develop manufacturing tools, strategies, and systems.
