Job summary

REGENT is assembling a production team to build the Seaglider manufacturing system, bridging prototype habits into repeatable production. You will own manufacturing execution from fabrication to finishing, drive process standardization, and partner with Advanced Engineering to ensure parts are designed for manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Experience across fabrication, assembly, finishing and structural parts.
• Scale from prototype to production with low-rate to production runs.
• Improve yield, cycle time, and process stability with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead production execution across fabrication, assembly, finishing; ensure schedule adherence, yield, and stability.
• Define and industrialize standard work, flows, instructions, PFMEAs for repeatable production.
• Embed design for manufacturability (DFX) with Advanced Engineering before drawings lock.
• Define and validate manufacturing processes; control material handling and traceability.
• Integrate tooling, facilities, and automation; support robot systems where applicable.
• Build technician capability through training, instructions, and 5S practices.
• Drive continuous improvement using production feedback to reduce yield loss and cycle time.
