Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience scaling a manufacturing process from pre-pilot to low-volume manufacturing.
• Proven ability to provide tactical, day-to-day engineering support to an active manufacturing line.
• Experience implementing and maintaining QA and QC systems from raw material to finished product.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and eliminate manufacturing execution risk during production ramp.
• Work with teams to deploy LVM line, including commissioning machinery.
• Implement flows for conforming and non-conforming materials.
• Ensure line readiness through preventive maintenance and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement of production management and quality systems.
