• Design and optimize novel chemical/materials processes for production.
• Deliver key Release-to-Manufacturing milestones.
• Develop and execute experiments that improve process fundamentals.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution of variations.
• Lead activities for process equipment design or modifications.
• Work with quality engineers to establish quality metrics.
