Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Area Manufacturing team focusing on PVD/CVD.

You will lead efforts to strengthen area performance by reducing operational risk and building stable capacity, partnering with Manufacturing, Process Development, Industrial Engineering, and Operations. You will drive cycle time reduction, throughput improvements, and data-informed capacity decisions, while leading safety and quality initiatives and coordinating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a semiconductor Engineering equivalent degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of semiconductor equipment capacity planning or area process engineering experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau planning/visualization tools.
• Experience with Physical and/or Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD or PVD) processes.
• Experience with fab capacity planning, floor scheduling, line management systems and fab operations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while leading in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify and resolve systemic PVD/CVD area issues affecting throughput, cycle time, and operational risk and model capacity planning.
• Drive area performance using metrics, risk assessments, and data-informed capital decisions.
• Partner with Industrial Engineering, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Operations to evaluate capacity scenarios and mitigation plans.
• Analyze operational data to communicate trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead projects and strategic meetings to drive capacity management.
• Lead safety and quality efforts including audits and QDR follow-up.
