Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing tooling, and documenting projects with Inventor/AutoCAD. The role requires strong problem solving, hands-on engineering experience, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years of related engineering and project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects to improve safety, productivity, and process performance.
• Develop, design, implement, and improve manufacturing tooling and equipment.
• Provide mechanical engineering support for capital projects and maintain project records using Inventor/AutoCAD.
