Job summary

Amerex Corporation is seeking an experienced CAD Technician to create and maintain part models, drawings, and BOMs across PLM and ERP systems. You will modify part models using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, and prepare technical documentation.

Responsibilities include managing ECN processes, updating user manuals, and supporting sales/marketing materials. A strong eye for detail and proficiency with Autodesk tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting/CAD/engineering technology or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in GD&T is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain part models, drawings, and attributes across PLM and ERP systems.
• Manage ECN process for current and development products.
• Modify part models using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Create and update part drawings and labels using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Create and manage Bills of Material.
• Update and maintain user manuals for new and existing products.
• Create rendered images using Autodesk 3ds MAX or Inventor.
• Administer Autodesk licenses for the company.
