Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
• Proven success leading projects delivering improvements in cost, quality, or efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering accountability and ownership.
• Drive the delivery of projects with measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Lead PFMEAs and contribute findings to lessons learned and design reviews.
• Design for manufacturability and product quality; investigate cost reductions.
