TAPCO is seeking a Director of Operations Engineering in Brown Deer, WI, a hybrid role overseeing Manufacturing and Applications Engineering. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 annually and is based on experience.

The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a low-volume, high-mix environment. You will drive lean initiatives, capacity planning, and automation, partnering with various functions to meet business goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of industrial/ manufacturing engineering or operations improvement experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering or continuous improvement teams.
