The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing processes, CAD (SolidWorks), and Lean methods, with a track record of cost reduction and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience required.
• Experience leading projects delivering cost, quality, or efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and productivity gains.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive accountability.
• Deliver projects with measurable cost savings and ROI.
• Lead PFMEAs and contribute to design reviews for future designs.
