Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and/or Pro-E.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drive projects aligned with continuous improvement and insourcing goals.
• Apply CI methodologies to establish process standards and identify required technologies.
• Design and prototype tooling and fixtures to support efficient production.
• Develop process standards to reduce material and labor costs while ensuring quality.
• Review drawings for manufacturability and safety; implement changes in WIs, routings, BOMs, tooling.
