Job summary

The Sr Manufacturing Engineer will support plant infrastructure projects across North America, coordinating installations, risk analysis, and contractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering role.
• Experience with plant infrastructure projects and equipment installations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plant infrastructure for new or moved equipment.
• Manage plant facility improvement projects.
• Prepare detailed SOWs for contractors and rigging.
• Quote new equipment and refurbishment needs.
• Coordinate scheduling with vendors, contractors, and program managers.
• Track costs against budgets.
• Conduct risk analyses and obtain approvals.
• Use AutoCAD for layout and design.
• Oversee installations with contractors and plant staff.
• Ensure safety, LOTO, and daily sign-in/out procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and parts identification.
• Travel up to 50%.
