Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong background supporting manufacturing operations, production processes, and industrial environments.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (preferred).
• Experience with welding, laser cutting, metal fabrication, or production line operations (preferred).
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives (preferred).
• Experience resolving complex manufacturing and production challenges (preferred).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality systems and procedures (preferred).
• Experience within aerospace, defense, industrial equipment, metal fabrication, or related manufacturing environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support and improve daily manufacturing operations, production efficiency, and product quality.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Analyze production methods and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and consistency.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for welding, laser cutting, fabrication, and production line operations.
• Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, downtime elimination, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with process standardization and manufacturing best practices.
• Support engineering projects related to process optimization and production performance.
