Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own manufacturing deliverables for NPI projects at Fairview, NC. You will influence early design for manufacturability and develop robust processes, tooling, and equipment to support launches.

You will collaborate across sites, apply Lean methods, and help standardize practices while traveling as needed to support development and launch activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or related field with 5+ years hands-on manufacturing or NPI experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage workstreams while collaborating with leadership.
• Experience applying Lean tools to improve manufacturing processes and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness activities from concept to launch.
• Provide DFM/DFA input to improve manufacturability and scalability.
• Develop robust processes, tooling, and equipment for new product introduction.
• Execute LEANPD-aligned deliverables and drive cost, quality, and yield improvements.
