Job summary
DSJ Global partners with a leading manufacturer to seek a Senior Engineering Manager responsible for leading process improvement, automation, and engineering initiatives across NC sites.
You will guide manufacturing and process engineering teams, drive Lean, Six Sigma, and automation, support new product introductions, and standardize processes to boost safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- 5+ years in engineering leadership.
- Experience in complex manufacturing environments.
- Experience with ISO 9001 + IATF.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
- Exposure to automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies preferred.
- Ability to travel 30% across NC sites.
