Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a production environment
• Solidworks design experience
• Experience with capacity and production planning
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Experienced standing up a new production line
• Lean / Six Sigma certifications
• Experienced with military or defense products
• SAP Experience
• Experienced with sheet metal or metal fabrication processes and procedures

Responsibilities

• Support existing product lines and help set up new production lines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using kaizen principles.
• Conduct capacity studies and production planning.
